Extendam Acquires Three FST Hotels Assets from Eurazeo and PSP

Extendam has acquired three hotels from the FST Hotels portfolio from Eurazeo and PSP Investments: Crowne Plaza Madrid Centro Retiro (157 rooms), voco Madrid Retiro (197 rooms), and Hotel Indigo Barcelona Plaza España, totaling 543 rooms across the three assets. The transaction price has not been disclosed.

The 2026 sale to Extendam covers three of those five assets.
